Striving to become the ultimate resource for young people pursuing success in the real world, this new online universe was created to connect and support millions of young adults (primarily 18-to 34-year-olds) as they transition out of school, explore their options, establish their professional identities, and make many of the most important decisions of their lives.

Spencer has played an integral role in the company’s growth as a member of YSN.com’s Board of Advisors and part of its strategic counsel. He is also one of the founding investors. Today, M17 staff and YSN regularly interface regarding the target marketing of M17 projects to the YSN demographic of 18-34.

While the opportunity to engage this audience of 70 million in the U.S. is significant, with 379 million young adults living in China, 292 million in India, and 31 million in Mexico, the international prospects for YSN are even more substantial. In its Top 20 target international markets, there are more than 1 billion young people in this state of transition. Additionally, in the next 10 years, over 500 million young adults are expected to enter the world of work. Remarkably, their goals and challenges are quite similar. As they struggle to figure out what to do with their lives, become self-sufficient, and attempt to build a solid foundation for their futures, the pressure to succeed during this stage of life is tremendous.
